Dr. Larry Cebulski and Dr. Amy Moustgaard are registered psychologists in the province of Ontario. We offer individual therapy and counselling, as well as clinical, neuropsychological, and psychoeducational assessments. We serve children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples, and provide therapy and counselling for a wide range of psychological disorders and complaints.
We specialize in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) , an approach to therapy that is grounded in learning theory. The clinical effectiveness of CBT is supported by many years of scientific research. Our applications of CBT are adapted to the individual needs and requirements of our clients.
Dr. Larry Cebulski
Dr. Larry Cebulski holds a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Western Ontario, and a MASc. in educational psychology from the University of Waterloo, Ont. He has been registered as a psychologist in Ontario since 1985, and has been in private practice full time since 1991. He served as the Director of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy services at the Royal Ottawa Hospital for 7 years, from 1984 through 1991, and was a member of child and adolescent services in clinical and educational psychology at the same hospital from 1982 through 1984.
Dr. Amy Moustgaard
Dr. Amy Moustgaard is a registered psychologist with areas of practice including Clinical Neuropsychology, Rehabilitation psychology and Clinical psychology in the adult population. She provides a nurturing and empathic client-centered approach toward helping individuals cope with the challenges with which they are faced. Her internship training at St. Joseph's Hospital's Acquired Brain Injury Unit and Neurology Rehabilitation Program (Thunder Bay ON) and later residency training in the Neuropsychology Services for the Neurosurgical and Muscoloskeletal Programs at the Trillium Hospital (Missisauga ON; both under the supervision of Board Certified psychologists, with diplomats in Neuropsychology (ABPP CN)) have given her a breadth and depth of experience in the areas of brain injury, neurological disorders, early dementia, neurorehabilitation, and across the spectrum of anxiety and mood-related disorders. She has worked in both hospital-based settings and private practice since 2003. Dr. Moustgaard is a Clinical Professor with the University of Ottawa Clinical Psychology Program and holds membership with the Ottawa Academy of Psychologists, the Canadian Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology, the Ontario Psychological Association, and the Canadian Psychological Association. She currently volunteers time with the Executive Committee for the Neuropsychology Section of the Canadian Psychological Association.
