Fees / Insurance

Psychologists are not covered by OHIP. Please contact the office for a current fee schedule. Payment is preferred at the end of each appointment, whereupon a receipt is provided which can be submitted to your insurance company. Payment by cash, cheque, Visa, or Mastercard is accepted.

Extended health care insurance plans usually provide some coverage for psychological services. It is important to verify the details of your coverage with your insurer, as well as whether or not your insurer requires a written referral for psychological services from your physician.

Therapy fees are tax deductible in according to the Canada Revenue Agency guidelines.

Cancellation Policy

Once an appointment is scheduled, this time is allocated for you. Please be considerate of others desiring appointments and notify Dr. Cebulski if you do not intend to keep your appointment. Appointments generally can be offered to others if a cancellation is received 48 hours or more before the appointment. Cancellations with less that 48 hours notice or missed appointments may result in a full or a partial fee charged.
